Winter Wonderland

WTF? It’s only October 28th, and I woke up to 1 1/2 inches of S-N-O-W. There was ice mixed in too, what a joy! I know I live in a state that gets a lot of snow, but even for us this is early! Well winter, here we come!

I love this time of year for the holidays, but I hate driving in snow. I hope that this is just a freak thing, and doesn’t indicate that we’re going to have a rough winter. (Last winter we had so many 1 foot or more snow storms that I could stand on top of our snow pile and walk right up onto our lower roof.)

I have to admit though, it is breathtakingly beautiful out there right now. Even if it is only 27 degrees!
